Welcome to the FWX Premium Membership option. 

If you need some guidance in the gym to benefit your training and nutrition moving forward, this is definitely the option for you! - Premium membership keeps you and your goals accountable. 

This membership includes monthly gym/class access and 4 x 1:1 individual Personal Training sessions to use for the billed month with a FWX Coach.

On a weekly basis your dedicated 1-2-1 coach will take you through a PT Session on a day and time to suit you. They will also be keeping track of your body stats and support you with nutrition on a weekly basis to tailor this around your goal.
